Thank you for selecting Giggles Baby for purchasing your childcare needs. We understand you may have questions on how our service operates, and we prepared this document to provide a simple (and less legal jargon) outline of the conditions Giggles Baby will assert over the orders we received.

If the below outline was not able to clarify your concerns over our service, do feel free to ask us as we will be happy to answer your question.


We currently accepts major credit cards (including American Express) and Paypal. We are working very hard to expand the options we can offer and we expect more payment options will be available very soon.

For customers who resides in Hong Kong, we also provide the option of cash on delivery (COD), or ATM Transfer.

During any COD order, our carrier will attempt to get in contact with you during the day (if not the day before) in arranging the time for delivery. We expect that you will have the payment ready for our carrier when he/she arrives, and in the case if you do not have the payment available we consider the order as abandoned and cancelled. Should you need to order the products, you will be request to do so as a new order.

In the extreme case of repeated issue, we may (only when absolutely necessary) request the customer to pay up-front via ATM or Credit Card payment in order for the order to be accepted.


All orders will only be accepted as Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).

While this is subject to your credit card company, but typically the credit card will charge you the equivalent amount in your local currency based on their internal exchange rates.


All products available at Giggles are imported from respective countries and that is how we can ensure they are genuine and quality items.

If you were not able to find what you look for in our store, why not let us source for you and we will take care of the searching and stocking of the item (and let you know when it is in stock) so you do not have to looking around elsewhere.


Giggles only accept returns when the product malfunctioned or expired within 7 days after we delivered the products to you. The product itself needs to be in unused (and unopened) conditions.

If you decide to return a product, please get in touch with us via the contact us section. Our staff will be in touch with you on getting the return organized.


We have a cut-off time of 3:00 pm, if your order is before then, we generally an delivery the item in the next 1-2 days. If the order is placed after 3:00 pm, then your order will take at least 1 more working day to get to you.

We understand your time is important and that is why we offer a special service to mums who need their order deliver at specific times. Make sure you let us know when you want your delivery to arrive when you place your order and we will try our best to make sure our carrier shows up at the right time.

For all Hong Kong customers, if your order is less than HKD 500, we do ask for a HKD 60.00 fee as we need to cover the cost for our carriers to bring the goods to you. For orders than is above HKD 300.00 we will deliver the goods to you free-of-charge in most cases.

Yes, we certainly do. Just make sure you specific your address correctly during checkout, our shop will help you to determine the delivery charge applicable. Once you confirm everything then we will help you to take care of the rest.
